Noah Strikes Again - 3 Times!
MY PARENTS CRACK ME UP! They MUST be tired because they are not catching on to my game AT ALL! After the 3rd time of "christening" various furniture and people with my pee, I heard my dad yelling around the house, "WHY DO WE EVEN PUT DIAPERS ON THAT BOY!" I hope they don't realize that it is the cheap diapers they are putting on me. They don't soak up anything! I'll let you know how long it takes them to figure it out. Hopefully, it will be a while, if at all.
All 3 times are good stories. I'm finding out that "timing is everything".
The Couch
Nonna Donna, Grandpa Bovitz, and Great Grandma Jordan are visiting, and it is a lot of fun. So Nonna Donna & Dad were just going to "check" my diaper before handing me to Mom so I could have some lunch. So they just lay me down on the couch, unsnap my t-shirt, and check my diaper. Nothing there. But before they can pick me up, I let it go. These diapers are great because they just flow right out and, this time, hit the couch. My favorite part is watching Daddy run around in circles like a chicken with his head cut off because he doesn't know what to do. He makes me laugh.
The Bed
I had behaved really well during the day. I was tired and slept a lot. Mom & Dad told everyone good night and took me up to their room, where I slept in a bassinet beside their bed. Here is where timing is so important; they just set me down on their bed for a second while they straightened up the bassinet. But one second was one second too many. I pushed everything out of my bladder quickly and left a nice wet spot right on Mommy's side. My two favorite parts were watching Daddy run in circles like usual and watching Mommy & Daddy put on new sheets.
Daddy
This one might be my favorite. Daddy was trying to be a good guy and was holding me while Mommy was putting away dishes. He was holding me - I was on my back with my feet to his chest, staring and smiling at him. He didn't know why. As soon as he said, "You're such a good boy" for the hundredth time, I drained myself again. Yep, you got it - all over Daddy's pants. He told everyone it was me, but I think he might have peed his pants a little once he felt my pee. Anyway, this time he couldn't run around in circles. All he could do is yell, "MEGGAN"! Of course, there was nothing she could do. . . but smile. :-)
This diaper thing is working out so well, that I was a little afraid they would give me back and ask for a refund. So I did them a little favor by staying on their good side. I slept all night without crying the last two nights so they could get some sleep.
I am going to be tested again today to check to see if my jaundice is going away. I will find out the results tomorrow (Monday) when I go to the doctor again. My mom & dad say my eyes and skin look much better, though, so I'm sure the results will be good.
I'll write more articles soon!
